What is a suppressed Buy Box?
A suppressed Buy Box is when Amazon removes the Buy Box from a listing entirely. Instead of an "Add to Cart" button, shoppers see "See All Buying Options."
Amazon does not publish exact criteria, but the two most common causes are:
All offer prices are above MSRP (manufacturer's suggested retail price).
There are no Buy Box eligible offers on the listing.
Does Informed keep repricing when there is no Buy Box?
Yes. By default, strategies that compete for the Buy Box use the Continue repricing setting when the Buy Box is suppressed: Informed lowers your price in small steps to help restore the Buy Box, and never below your minimum price.
You can choose a different behavior in your strategy settings. See When Buy Box is Suppressed for all options.
How do I see which items have a suppressed Buy Box?
